For people who are
measured on being right.

Warren is an institutional terminal built on a single rule: no figure appears on screen without saying where it came from. Not the prices, not the Greeks, not the filings, and not the numbers on this page.

Ask for a price the way you would say it out loud. No account, no sign-up — the answer comes from the same feed the terminal uses.

The standard

What Warren will not do.

Every terminal advertises what it can show you. These are the four things this one refuses to show you, and they are the reason members trust the rest.

  • No figure appears without its origin.Every price, Greek, filing and spread carries the source it came from, the moment it was read and how long the read took. Hover one anywhere in the terminal — or anywhere on this page.
  • Nothing estimated is presented as a reading.A modelled number is labelled as modelled. Delayed data is labelled as delayed, on every screen, every time, including the ones where saying so is inconvenient.
  • A missing number is shown as missing.Where a figure cannot be obtained, Warren prints nothing and says why. It does not substitute a zero, carry forward yesterday, or quietly narrow the sample until something can be computed.
  • A statistic arrives with the sample it rests on.A correlation of 0.97 across six sessions and one across six hundred are not the same claim, and they will not be shown as though they were.
Proof, not adjectives

Watch it read the filings.

This is not a screenshot. It is the product, running against the SEC's own record while you look at it. Every transaction links to the filing it came from, so you can check the figure yourself — which is the only kind of trust worth having.

Reading Form 4 filings from SEC EDGAR…

Most insider trackers count stock grants and option exercises as insider buying, which makes almost every large company look permanently bullish. Warren counts only open-market purchases and sales — money someone chose to spend, or chose to raise.

The floor

Ten desks answer to you.

Not one assistant that knows a little of everything. A floor of specialists, each with their own discipline and their own opinion — put a question to the room and they will disagree with each other in front of you, which is the point.

  • WarrenLead analyst
  • DickensChief of staff
  • HolmesQuantitative

And when the floor does not cover your mandate, you appoint someone who does. Members build their own desks — the speciality, the temperament, the voice — and the new analyst sits down with the others.

Membership

Membership is by invitation.

Tell us what you cover and how you are measured. If it is a fit, we will show you the terminal against your own names, with your own book loaded, and you will know inside an hour whether it belongs on your desk.

Membership is capped. We take on a limited number of firms each quarter, so that every member keeps the attention of the people who built this.

Warren Davis Data Systems is an institutional service. Members are firms and professionals accountable for capital. Not every application is accepted.
