Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a Warren seat?
Full platform access: the complete terminal, every data feed it carries, the assistant, and the APIs. No per-terminal, per-feed or per-API-call fees. Access is quoted per engagement — request access and we will scope it with you.
Can I deploy Warren Data on-premise or in my VPC?
Yes. Warren Data is delivered as Docker containers (docker-compose + Kubernetes Helm charts). Full deployment runs in your infrastructure — zero data egress. We provide Terraform modules for AWS/GCP/Azure.
What latency can I expect end-to-end?
Market data is answered in single-digit milliseconds. A working set of indices, rates, commodities, FX and crypto is held continuously warm in memory and refreshed every twelve seconds, so a read costs 1–5 ms server-side and lands in roughly 40 ms end-to-end from a US client, network included. Questions with a factual answer — a price, a level, a spread, whether a venue is open — are resolved straight from that memory without touching a model, which is why they return in milliseconds rather than seconds. Multi-source research that reads filings before it answers necessarily takes longer; that is a different operation, and the interface tells you which one you asked for.
How do I get API access for my trading systems?
Enterprise clients receive dedicated API keys with configurable rate limits. REST + WebSocket + gRPC endpoints available. SDKs for Python, TypeScript, and Rust. Contact sales for onboarding.
What compliance standards do you support?
SOC 2 Type II ready architecture. GDPR, MiFID II, SOX compliant deployment patterns. Audit logging built-in. Data residency controls via on-premise deployment. We sign BAAs and DPAs.
